Dave Redlawsk holds an MBA from Vanderbilt and a Ph.D. in political science from Rutgers, began his career in information technology, including as IT director at Fisk University, and served on a New Jersey township committee in the 1990s. He was a professor at the University of Iowa before joining the University of Delaware in 2015, and serves on the Newark Board of Elections.
