We haven't found a sourced summary for Annie Norman yet.

Where we looked, Thursday, October 15, 2026:

  • BallotReady (no biography)
  • a Delaware Division of Libraries director of the same name exists but could not be confirmed as the same person
  • retry 2026-10-15: web search: a Dr. Annie Norman retired as Delaware State Librarian effective Aug. 1, 2026, but no source links her to this candidacy; not used (possible same-name)
