Jose Javier Rodriguez is an American politician and attorney who served the assistant secretary of labor for employment and training under President Joe Biden from 2024 to 2025. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as a member of the Florida Senate from 2016 to 2020 and as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2012 to 2016.
