Proposition One: Reproductive Freedom & Privacy Act
Would create a statutory right to reproductive freedom and privacy, including a right to abortion before fetal viability and afterward in medical emergencies, limit restrictions on reproductive decisions, and protect patients and providers from penalties. The state's fiscal impact statement estimates added state costs of $3,100 to $7,800 a year.
