Proposed Amendment No. 5
Would let state retirement systems apply nonrecurring state money they receive to any part of their unfunded accrued liability instead of first to the oldest portion.
What a vote means
- A yes vote
- A yes vote approves the amendment to the Louisiana Constitution.
- A no vote
- The state constitution stays as it is now.
