Stephanie Boykin served 40 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a lieutenant colonel in 2022. She taught language arts in Columbia and St. Louis schools and worked as a civil rights investigator for the EEOC, HUD, the U.S. Postal Service and the City of St. Louis.
