Rafael Anchia is the sitting State Representative for District 103 in the Texas Legislature, a district that includes all or part of Dallas County.
Rafael Anchia co-founded the investment firm Civitas Capital Group and is of counsel at the Dallas law firm Haynes and Boone. He served two terms as a Dallas ISD trustee, sat on the federal Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations (2011-2015), and chaired the Mexican American Legislative Caucus from 2017 to 2022.
