Mark Dorazio co-founded Dorazio Enterprises, a San Antonio construction company now doing heavy industrial and civil work for utilities and infrastructure projects, after starting as a carpenter. He chaired the Bexar County Republican Party in 2017-2018 and served on the board of The Justice Foundation.
