Donna Howard is the sitting State Representative for District 48 in the Texas Legislature, a district that includes all or part of Travis County.
Donna Howard worked as a critical care nurse at Brackenridge and Seton hospitals, was Austin's first hospital-based patient education coordinator, and taught health education at UT. She served on the Eanes ISD board (1996-1999) and has been in the Texas House since 2006, where she chairs the Texas Women's Health Caucus.
