Retired pastor and former Albany County Sheriff's Office officer (Laramie)

Gary Wilken holds a history degree from Colorado State University and a Master of Divinity and pastored rural congregations in Colorado and Wyoming. He served with the Albany County Sheriff's Office as a detention deputy, corporal and patrol officer and later as Albany County's code enforcement officer.

Retired University of Wyoming engineering professor and former Dean of the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences; retired Air Force lieutenant colonel

Cam Wright holds a PhD in electrical engineering and is a licensed professional engineer. He served 30 years in the Navy and Air Force, retiring as a lieutenant colonel after work as an R&D engineer and faculty member at the U.S. Air Force Academy, then taught engineering at the University of Wyoming for 23 years, including six years as dean.
