Attorney (Cody); President, Cody Country Chamber of Commerce; former drug court judge

David Hill is an attorney with an MBA and law degree who has served as a drug court judge and advises individuals, businesses and local governments. He is president of the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce and was named to the Wyoming Chamber of Commerce's 40 Under 40, a recognition of young professionals' work.

Works with special education students, Westside Elementary; executive director, Wyoming NORML (Ralston)

Carrie Satterwhite has lived in Ralston for 48 years, holds business and accounting degrees from Northwest College and has run several businesses. She works with special education students at Westside Elementary, volunteers as a CASA advocate for children in the courts, and is executive director of Wyoming NORML.
