Brenda J Lyttle earned a law degree from the University of Wyoming in 1999 and has practiced bankruptcy and debtor law, most recently representing clients in a national debt relief program. She worked as an administrator in child support enforcement, SNAP and TANF programs at the Wyoming Department of Family Services and served 16 years as an elected trustee of Laramie County Community College.

Luke Reiner

Luke Reiner served 36 years in the Army, the last eight as Commanding General of the Wyoming Military Department, which oversees the Wyoming Army and Air National Guard, and deployed to Kuwait in 2004. After retiring from the Guard in 2019 he served four years as Director of the Wyoming Department of Transportation, retiring in 2023.
