Stephen D. Latham served more than 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, worked about two decades for a communications company and around 12 years at the Cheyenne Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He is a pastor in Cheyenne, has served as president of the Cheyenne branch of the NAACP, and ran for House District 9 in 2022.
