Melissa Butcher is a Sheridan native who co-owns a campground and a bakery/cafe in Sheridan County and has worked more than 30 years as a facilitator and consultant on transportation, energy, natural resource and economic development projects. Earlier she worked about five years for the Central Wyoming Regional Water System, three years in public outreach for the Wyoming Department of Transportation, and served as executive director of the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce.
